Description:
Join us for an engaging event that will deepen your understanding of Codevelopment Action Learning (CAL) and its application in coaching, especially for cross-funtional groups in organizations. CAL is a coaching process that has been developed for the past three decades in the French-speaking world: Canada (Quebec), France and Belgium, and is only now becoming adopted by English-speaking coaches, beginning with the publication of the first-ever book in English in 2024, Codevelopment Action Learning (CAL) for Business: Co-create, Accelerate, Grow. This event will be presented by Ron Cheshire, one of the authors of this book, who will be joining us from his home in Montreal, Canada.
This highly adopted and heavily researched technique is summarized in a series of steps. In this event, we will practice Step 0, and be introduced to Steps 1-3 through a practical Showcase. There will be a live demonstration with a volunteer client and volunteer coaches from our ICF Colorado community. Participants will also explore how to integrate CAL into their coaching practices in dedicated breakout discussions.
You’ll gain insights into developing essential skills, such as establishing clear agreements, fostering a reflective mindset, and transforming insights into actionable outcomes, all aligned with ICF competencies.
Don’t miss this chance to enhance your coaching toolkit and elevate your coaching journey!
