Dates: 2nd and 4th Wednesdays - starting February 10th for 3 consecutive months; total of 6 sessions
Time: 5:00 - 6:00pm MT

Now more than ever there seems to be an abundance of Emotional Intelligence and Personality/Behavior Assessments available on the market for all shapes and sizes. Let's explore how to best deploy these in our coaching format, then we can contrast and compare different assessment and usage cases.

 

If you've considered adding an assessment to your coaching or consulting practice, but don't know which one to pick, you've come to the right place. In this group, we'll be exploring multiple assessments, usage cases for professional coaching, and sharing best business practices to deploy a new product into your offerings.

 

Key Learning Points & Benefits for Participants:

  • To see how assessments can be deployed as a tool to enhance the client experience and promote awareness
  • Explore possible revenue generating products to include to a coach's offering
  • To gain a higher depth of understanding of multiple assessments from a coach's point of view

By the end of this class, you should have an awareness of some known and lesser known emotional intelligence and personality/behavioral assessments. You will also have an understanding of how to apply these to a coaching practice or to internal coaching engagements. Lastly, we'll explore the possible revenue generation from utilizing these types of services.

 

Experiential Learning Through: 
Our group meetings will be highly interactive virtual training sessions which will require participants to engage and respond to content as a group. We will also feature guest speakers/Subject Matter Experts on different assessments who actually use the assessments in their current practice.

 

Meeting Logistics:

Zoom video conference meetings

Minimum: 6; Maximum: 14
There will be regularly scheduled meetings bi-weekly, we'll also have drip content available on the off weeks.
We will feature guest speakers, and the occasional pair-up outside of class.

 

CCEs: 1 in Resource Development (per group meeting you attend)

 

ITEM TO NOTE REGARDING COSTS:

There is a possibility of cost to acquire a personal readback of some of the featured assessments.

Jacen Spector believes professional coaching can have a profound impact in the way we learn, the way we lead, and the way we live.
