You're committed to being a coach and coaching clients one on one. What about creating a group coaching session? How does this work? Where should you begin? Is running a group the same as individual coaching? This group is open to all those interested in group coaching. Whether you have experience you want to share or want to learn how to create a group, this is the place for you!
This Mastermind-type group will give coaches an opportunity to get together and discuss how group coaching works, exchange experiences, ideas, best practices, and the differences between group and individual coaching. This is a group to help us design our own unique approach to group coaching. Tools, resources, experience, specialized topics, and special guests will all be part of this group. So, come and bring your expertise or come and gain some insight from those who have some group coaching experience.
