This learning group is open to all Chapter members. An (approximately) 35-minute coaching demonstration is given by an MCC or PCC coach followed by a debrief. One Core Competency or coaching skill is highlighted, followed by a practice time on that skill by participants in breakout sessions.
The Masterful Coaching Demonstration Learning Group is for those persons who desire to strengthen their own coaching skills through observation and practice. This group welcomes all from those just beginning their coaching journey to those with upper level PCC & MCC skills.

About Walt Hastings:
Walt Hastings, MCC has been coaching for 18 years. He is an instructor and mentor coach for two coaching schools; has been a Board member for ICF Colorado Chapter for 5 years; previously served as the Director of Credentialing for the ICF Colorado Chapter; is a Board member and Director of Credentialing for CCNI (Christian Coaches Network Int.); holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from a theological seminary.
