This series is designed to support credentialed Health & Wellness Coaches, coaches who are interested in gaining certification and credentialing in the rapidly growing field of Health & Wellness, and coaches who are simply looking to learn about and support their clients, and themselves, with wellness principles and strategies. It is intended to be an interactive learning forum which may include wellness topics, such as mindfulness, stress management or sleep hygiene, as well as ethical issues such as scope of practice, and practical tools for use in our work with clients.

As coaches, we spend a lot of our time helping others. We know the importance of healthy self-care and personal wellness in order to perform at our optimum, but that can get lost in the busyness of our day-to-day life. This group is designed to be a support both to ourselves and our clients with information, tools and best practices, so that we are able to perform at our optimum and help our clients do the same.

Personal wellbeing is at the foundation of everything we do and involves an integrative approach to both diet and lifestyle changes to improve health. The group will serve as a guide toward an overall healthier life that can be used to facilitate clients - and coaches - healthier nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, stress management, and more.

Key learning points and benefits for participants:
