All education groups are included with your ICF-CO Virtual Season Pass membership.

Biz Development Mastermind

Dates: 3rd Thursday of each month (January - June)
Time: 9:00 - 10:15am MT
Location: Zoom Meeting Room

This group will help you develop your practice by sharing and learning from the skills, practices, and experiences of your fellow coaches to solve your most pressing coaching needs.

This group will help you articulate your goals, design your own unique approach, solve your challenges, and recommend tools and formulas from proven personal knowledge and experience.

Key Learning Points & Benefits for Participants:

• Create and commit to your own business development strategy
• Gain ideas, advice and support based on the experience of fellow coaches
• Keep on track with advancing your goals and implementing what you learn
• There will be a members-only Basecamp Team to support the group, for sharing materials,
and capturing plans, commitments, progress, and results.

Experiential Learning Through:

This is primarily learning based on the information flow we’re all immersed in, and the experience of fellow coaches. If participants aren’t actually executing the plans they themselves designed, they’re not likely to see significant results. So the “keep on track” feedback loop of group accountability is a crucial part of the value people will receive.

Lauren FisherAbout Lauren Fisher

Over 30 years in the medical device industry gave Lauren the opportunity to learn different ways of serving customers and maintaining relationships, while meeting corporate goals. This has led to the development of a boutique sales training company called the Inside Job, which teaches the mind set of success in the world of sales.

Lauren also co-founded two real estate investment companies, learning the pitfalls of entrepreneurship, and has spoken internationally on the importance of the early detection of lung cancer, as a foundation board member of the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer.

She did her graduate work at the University of Denver in Organizational Communication and has been studying personal development for 40 years. In 2019, she became a certified Life Mastery Coach in order to further support the sales training business.

She has lived in Summit County since 1978 and of course, is an avid skier and hiker. She did a little amateur (very amateur)! ski racing years ago and also rode competitive Hunter/Jumper/Dressage growing up in the Midwest. Lauren has a daughter who is a bioengineer for Medtronic. She lives in Silverthorne with her family and many friends who take advantage of a spare couch during ski season.
