Listen below as Stan Ajemian, ICF Colorado Education Director,
talks with Fran Fisher about her topic.

Description:
Are you curious? As an ICF MCC assessor and MCC mentor, I’d like to introduce you to the MCC assessment system the ICF assessors are utilizing for evaluating the recordings that coaches submit for their MCC accreditation application. The system is called Behavioral ANCHORS, and the rating rubric is called BARS.

Included in my guided tour, I will share the FIVE KEY Qualitative Essentials required for demonstrating at the MCC level, and a spectacular DEMO video clip, showcasing PRESENCE, and what it means to "leverage" the use of SILENCE.

Participants will take away:

  • Greater clarity about the new MCC Behavioral ANCHORS and BARS rating system, utilized by ICF for assessing applicants.
  • How to apply the Five KEY Qualitative Essentials for MCC mastery.
  • Greater understanding about the distinctions between PCC and MCC levels of mastery.
