This group is designed to focus on the potential uses of Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms in our coaching practices. We will start by identifying which areas of AI are of greatest interest to participants drawing from the list provided by Lisa Hale in her recent webinar for ICF Colorado. This is a new offering in an emerging area of interest; we will co-create the content of the learning group based upon the needs/interests of participants. This is very much intended to be a learning group; we will experiment together and learn through our experimentation.

Key Learning Points and Benefits for Participants:
• Share the “overwhelm” involved in implementing AI into your coaching practice.
• Draw on group wisdom regarding if, when and how to implement.
• Provide support and accountability to one another as we experiment.
• To understand the ethical implications of an AI-enabled coaching practice.

Experiential Learning Through:
• Research, experimentation and group discussion/feedback.
• Peer coaching with one another to use our conversations with AI-enabled evaluation to improve the quality of our coaching.

Joanne is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has a M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. She is currently fulfilling the requirements for PCC.

I want to help ICF-CO members expand our individual and collective capacity to serve Colorado non-profits and educational institutions. While we’ve partnered with fabulous institutions and organizations, there are opportunities to help NPOs and their leaders thrive through these fiscally challenging times. My clients appreciate the thought-provoking questions that allow them to clarify their goals and how to proceed, personally and professionally, to fine-tune their organization. Many of my clients find that assessments give them increased language to create better cultures. I am certified to coach in Gallup CliftonStrengths, GiANT Worldwide, and WhyInstitute. In addition to growing my coaching practice, I serve in the AF Reserve and am an active coach in the Treasury Executive Institute (TEI) and the Department of the Air Force’s coaching cadre.

Air Force career highlights include graduating as a Communications Squadron Commander and serving a three-month deployment to Iraq. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and being outside in the Colorado Rockies. In a previous life, I completed eight marathons, four 50-mile footraces and a 140.6-mile triathlon. These days, I enjoy slightly shorter runs with my wife and kids.
