Isn't the hardest part of being a coach attracting new clients? And what about having a practice that reflects your values from the first interaction to the last? This learning group is geared towards participants who are getting started with their business and / or are wanting to refine their brand.
We will be doing a book study of Building Your Story Brand by Donald Miller--as a guide it will definitely challenge your thinking. Anticipate new information, productive conversations and a brave space where we can offer and receive feedback on our respective work.
You will complete this learning group better equipped to build a compelling coaching practice, feeling more deeply connected to other coaches, and have the satisfaction of moving forward.
Key learning points, outcomes and benefits for participants:
●Defining and learning about ideal clients;
●Attracting clients through a compelling narrative;
●Having the confidence to get new clients without selling coaching;
●Creating systems aligned with your values;
●Networking with a strong message
●Making and acting on decisions for your business with the support of other coaches
Experiential Learning Through:
This book study is focused on creating a culture of curiosity, discussion and feedback. Every session is designed to combine information and discussion. When we have workshops, participants bring their own work and receive productive feedback from other participants. By the end, we know each other better as coaches, business leaders, and most importantly, as people.
Meeting Logistics:
The group is designed for a group size of 5-20 participants.
Purchase of Donald Miller's Building Your Story Brand is highly recommended.
Group Facilitators:
Allyson Breyfogle is a long time educator by profession, coaching teachers, students and administrators in rural and urban districts. Currently she moderates for the Aspen Institute while also building her coaching practice. She has several degrees including a second Masters from Linkoping, Sweden on Adult Learning in a Global Context. She is bilingual, French/English and is completing ICF approved education towards her PCC.
Stan Ajemian coaches highly intelligent professionals who are often stuck in their heads when trying to manage complex and uncertain challenges. After a long career in medical devices and healthcare technology, a major accident and other traumatic events caused Stan to find new skills and practices to cope and thrive in a life of purpose and resilience. He is trained in coaching at the Newfield Network, which supports his brain/body/heart style of coaching.
