Join Early! Please connect a few minutes before 10:00am on Saturday so we can get started right on time, or join at 9:30 if you’d like to chat a bit before the main program.
Have a lunch and snacks ready prior to the meeting start; we will have a 25 minute lunch break at noon and a couple of other breaks during the day. You can choose to bring your lunch and engage in smaller "table conversations" during that time, or you can step away and do other activities if that’s needed. Just be back by 12:25pm!

If you've attended in prior years, you know the UnConference is a fun, spirited and energizing way to connect with peers … AND, this year we will be thinking about how you might deepen and expand your coaching. As in 2021, the UnConference this year will again be fully virtual, allowing everyone to participate. It’s an incredibly powerful event on Zoom!

The vision for the 2022 UnConference is to deepen and expand – our perspectives, our positive impact, our coaching. Whether you are new to coaching or an experienced MCC, or somewhere in between – where might you want to put your focus? You could explore beyond the surface systems and structures that support your coaching, diving deeper into what you bring that is unique will help your coaching have an impact that is not just transitional but transformational. Or perhaps you’d rather expand into new ideas about coaching and how to integrate them into your own practice.
The UnConference will provide a safe, supportive place to spend some time reflecting on your ongoing coaching journey. The morning program will encourage you to think about your vision, and challenge your own perspectives. In the afternoon you will have time to further identify, reflect, and refine your exploration.
Our goal is to allow people to immerse and challenge themselves in learning and sharing. No matter your level of experience, you will be invited to share your ideas and learn from others. Enhance your skills and work with other great coaches, and do all this right from your home!
Anyone who has attended the UnConference in past years will realize that one of the truly special parts of the day is the opportunity to delve more deeply into the coaching practice. You'll have a half hour to be coached, another to practice your newfound coaching skills, and another to observe excellent coaching in action. It's an amazing opportunity for growth and learning!

The day will start promptly at 10:00am; staying online (we’ll have bio-breaks) until our lunch pause at 12.00; then returning by 12.30pm to co-create a magnificent afternoon of applying the morning’s inspiration in profound coaching conversations. The program will conclude at 3:00pm.
