BIO
Christine is passionate about helping people communicate and connect better at work, especially in team settings. She founded the Avante Leadership Group in 2009 to help organizations solve their communication-related issues for bottom-line business results through facilitated learning engagements and leadership coaching. She is an ICF-certified ACC coach, and holds several certifications including Resilient Leadership, Everything Workplace DiSC, and the 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Teams. This year, she had the honor of being one of only 30 people worldwide to certify with Patrick Lencioni in his new model, The 6 Types of Working Genius.
When she’s not busy reading or gardening, you can find her in Littleton, Colorado with her husband and blended family of seven adult children, one granddaughter and two cats.
