Coaching supervision differs from coaching and mentoring.

Coaching supervision includes creating a safe space for the coach and supervisor to reflect on the overall system to support the coach’s growth and improved client outcomes.

In this session, we will explore current political, social, financial, health-related challenges and develop strategies to navigate them, and be able to understand the importance of supervision in the coaching practice.

Attendees will gain new understanding of how to reflect on the coaching process, how to safely explore blind spots, and the benefit of coaching supervision. We will use breakout rooms to facilitate learning through small group discussions.
