ICF Colorado REFUND POLICY
What is the refund policy for ICF Colorado membership and registrations?
The ICF Colorado membership (Members and Affiliates) is a non-tangible product; therefore, we do not issue refunds once membership is purchased.
If a guest of an ICF Colorado monthly meeting submitted payment for a monthly meeting and had to miss that meeting, that guest may apply his/her meeting fee toward the next month’s meeting. (Meeting fees may not be transferred to another guest or member).
Guests who submit a monthly meeting fee and attend that monthly meeting may apply the meeting fee toward their membership fee if they join the ICF Colorado within 30 days of that meeting.
Registration payments to programs, events, conferences, workshops, teleclasses or meetings will not be refunded within 72 hours of that event.
