This webinar equips coaches with practical strategies to help teams establish strong foundations from day one. Participants will explore how to guide teams in creating shared agreements, fostering psychological safety, and navigating early-stage dynamics with clarity and confidence. Creative coaching techniques will be explored where coaches will learn how to support teams in developing the trust, alignment, and awareness needed for long-term success.
