Description:
As members of the ICF-CO DEIB Committee, we are delighted to present "Cultural Competency in Coaching!" from ICF Global. We’ll cover what Culture is, and how it relates to the ICF Competencies – especially "Cultivates Trust and Safety" by exploring how can we maintain curiosity and "Seek to understand the client within their context…"
After completing this workshop, you will be able to:
· Recognize the difference in cultural knowledge, awareness and sensitivity
· Distinguish the six stages of cultural competency
· Define intercultural communication and describe its importance in coaching
We look forward to seeing you and learning together how to improve our cultural competency.
