Learn some powerful practical ways to restore your well-being. Bring these practices into your daily world to enhance your energy for Life. Developing your intuition, inner awareness, compassion, and balance is essential for being healthy, clear, and of service to others.
If your spark of life energy is running low or you want to prevent burning out, pull back for a few moments! Step away from the busyness and demands of life to rejuvenate yourself. We invite you to carve out time and space to refresh yourself. We are offering two midday retreats on Zoom and one in-person daylong retreat in 2024. Choose one, two, or all three.
Key learning points, outcomes and benefits for participants:
●Learn to make deeper contact with yourself.
●Practice retreating into silence through breathing, meditation and contemplation techniques.
●Experience the power of nature in the restorative process.
●Spend time in silence, introspection and journaling.
●Share your insights, questions, and next steps with your Learning Group participants.
●We will practice tools for calming your mind, soothing your heart, and relaxing your belly, such as
●breathing, guided visualization, journaling, and energy tools for inner harmony and healing.
Experiential Learning Through:
Group sharing enhances self-expression and deep listening. We are all in this together so let's support each other! We will share resources and encourage ongoing conversation in a Basecamp group, via text or email thread to connect and practice.
Meeting Logistics:
The group is designed for a group size of 5-15 participants.

As a wellness and relationship coach, counselor, retreat leader, yoga and meditation teacher, Ruth has decades of experience in retreats. Ruth has been a member of ICF Colorado since 2015, served on the board, and co-facilitated an ICF-sponsored retreat and several ICF Learning Groups.
Jim Sharon, EdD
As a life and relationship coach, therapist, retreat leader and meditation teacher, Jim has abundant experience leading groups. Jim has been a member of ICF Colorado since 2015, served on the board, and co-facilitated an ICF-sponsored retreat and several ICF Learning Groups.
