Is more visibility something you've been thinking about recently? Let's make 2023 the year we focus on this idea and collaborate to create extraordinary visibility for each of us who take part in this group! As a result of recently hearing the LinkedIn expert Richard Bliss speak and through his book "Digital First Leadership," I've learned about a proven system that guarantees real success. A very interesting and simple process.

Key Learning Points, Outcomes and Benefits for participants
* Learn about the LinkedIn algorithms that when followed create great visibility.
* Be part of our social squad of at least 12 people, more if possible, as we collaborate and support one another, creating extraordinary visibility.
* Devote 7-10 minutes a day.
* Learn about the power of one post a week and two comments per day.
* Learn about the golden hour, the first hour after posting for comments and the formula for those comments.
* Celebrate as we enjoy this adventure.

Experiential Learning
There will be a Basecamp group created to facilitate continual connection, as collaboration will be an ongoing activity. As each person posts, there will be at least 10 people who will comment on that post within the first hour, with a particular formula for commenting. Again a very simple process.

Group Logistics
For this group to be successful, we will want continual engagement, connection and commitment. As we begin this group I will ask individuals to be sure they are willing and able to participate for the entire year and devote 7-10 minutes a day to this marketing/visibility endeavor and agree to that. I'll be available as much as needed to support participants with commenting or posting as we move along.
