June 14, 2018 In-Person Meeting: "Lessons From the Field: Reflections on the UCD Leadership Coaching

Speaker: Dr. Lisa Hale, ICF-CO President

Topic: Lessons From the Field: Reflections on the UCD Leadership Coaching Pilot Program

The CU-Denver Pilot program has many lessons in it that we want to share with the membership. Perhaps most significantly is what we now understand about how hungry organizations AND individuals are for coaching support and what we may be able to create next moving forward.

How can you create pilots in your business to expose your best potential clients to your work and to grow your client base?

Join us on June 14 for a comprehensive deep dive look at our lessons learned. You will also be the first to see our survey results. From those results, we will unpack what the coaches did that was so effective, and how the program proceeded that made an impact. Additionally, we will examine the elements of the program that we would / will do differently. We will relate this to professional excellence in coaching and the core competencies:

Resource Development:

Discovering your path

Building your business

Core Competencies:

Using assessments in coaching
Helping your client discover their path
Communication with clients

Ethics Training

Helping clients set goals 100%

CCE: 1.5 in Resource Development
