Description:

During this interactive learning event, we will explore the beliefs and mindsets that help create successful coaching practices.  We will learn from some of our most esteemed coaches how they think about their coaching and the mental side of building a successful practice. First with a panel of experienced coaches and then with peer discussion, we will explore questions like

  • What does success look like to you in your coaching.
  • What role does a specific mindset or perspective play in building your practice.
  • How does mindset affect your attraction of clients.
  • How do you establish or maintain a particular mindset in building, maintaining or growing your practice.
  • What gets in the way of building or maintaining your desired mindset.
  • What help could you use in creating a mindset that supports a thriving practice.
Our own Lisa Hale, Chris Coward, Maggie Hensle and Alexander Love will serve on the panel and will talk about the mindset they bring to develop their successful coaching practices.
