Description:

In this interactive event with Carson Cooper, PCC, you will learn essential coaching, mediation, negotiation, and Neuro Linguistic Programming skills that make your coaching results more tangible. This session will also include an exercise looking at a coaching case study, a break out session for participants to coach each other, and a short coaching demonstration with a participant.

Learn how to listen for 10 language patterns to inform excellent coaching questions, to coach clients past the conscious wants down to the unconscious needs not getting met, and move them from victim of circumstance into creativity, responsibility, and inspired action steps. Support your client in shifting their goals and action steps toward what they want instead of away from what they don't want for increased accountability, motivation, and results.

Participants will practice coaching their partner past the conscious wants down to the unconscious needs not getting met to increase clarity on the next best action step.

A Few Notes on the Hybrid format:

Posner Center rules allow for no masks if you are vaccinated and boosted, so please bring proof if you do not plan to wear a mask.

We will only have tea, and water available, but feel free to bring a snack to eat outside at the picnic tables during our networking time.

If you plan to attend virtually, the experience should be similar to regular virtual meetings. We will be using the classroom space at Posner Center, which is set up for hybrid meetings, so the sound and video from the space should work well for those on zoom.
