Join this interactive session to expand your personal resilience by focusing on the foundational Resilience Facets: Self-Awareness, and being Proactive.
The interactive session is based on Rachel Karu’s Self Resilience Indicator. You will also learn a change model that focuses on how Leaders can empower and support during change. The session will provide advanced tips and tools which will support you personally as well as better serve clients.
• Participants will learn about a new change model they can utilize with their clients.
• Participants will engage in a reflective activity to promote their self resilience. They can use this activity with clients.
• Participants will come up with an action plan around what they can control and influence in their current situation.
• Participants will learn about the Self Resilience Indicator which they can use with clients.
