Join Early! Please connect a few minutes before 10:00am on Saturday
so we can get started right on time,
or join at 9:30 if you’d like to chat a bit before the main program.

Virtual: Zoom (Note: the UnConference will not be recorded)

CCEs: 3.5 in Core Competencies and 1 in Resource Development (TBD)

Have a lunch and snacks ready prior to the meeting start;
we will have a 25 minute lunch break at noon and a couple of other breaks during the day.
You can choose to bring your lunch and engage in smaller "table conversations"
during that time, or you can step away and do other activities if that’s needed.
Just be back by 12:25pm!

You are invited to the fourth remarkable edition of the ICF Colorado UnConference. If you've attended in prior years, you know the UnConference is a fun, spirited and energizing way to connect with peers … AND, this year it is also a great way to discover your unique edge. What do we mean by edge? Keep reading to know more...

Like 2020, the UnConference this year will again be fully virtual, allowing everyone to participate, regardless of distance or the unpredictable impact of the pandemic.

With this year's UnConference, plan to
• Inspire and be inspired
• Connect and deepen community
• Discover more about yourself and your coaching
• Be challenged to expand your vision, impact and proficiency
• Learn from others and learn from ourselves
• Discover, explore and move your edge!

The vision for the 2021 UnConference is to seek out our edges. We chose the word edge because it means different things to different people, making lots of space for reflection, discovery, and individual meaning-making. We might ask... Where do we see our own limitations? And how do we go beyond those edges to spark greater coaching experiences for our clients? What hidden boundaries might hold you back in your growth as a coach or coaching business owner? And what practices and activities hold the key to stepping over those boundaries? Where is the edge of your comfort zone? And when is it worthwhile to step out of it, or more helpful to remain within it?

Group activities, sharing and breakouts will encourage you to explore your own learning edge, inspire new ideas and showcase best practices.

Our goal is to allow people to immerse and challenge themselves in learning and sharing. No matter your level of experience, you will be invited to share your ideas and learn from others. Enhance your skills and work with other great coaches, and do all this right from your home!

Anyone who has attended the UnConference in past years will realize that one of the truly special parts of the day is the opportunity to delve more deeply into the coaching practice. You'll have a half hour to be coached, another to practice your newfound coaching skills, and another to observe excellent coaching in action. It's an amazing opportunity for growth and learning!

Who will benefit from attending the UnConference:
• Basically, anyone who would like to expand their impact by stretching themselves a bit and willing to share a bit of their own knowledge and experience
• New coaches seeking to build their skills and their practice
• Experienced coaches who would like to hone their coaching, have more impact and serve clients more powerfully
• Coaches in training who would like to interact with coaches at all levels
• Masterful coaches with a commitment to lifelong learning, to share your legacy and gain fresh inspiration.

The day will start promptly at 10:00 am; staying online (we’ll have bio-breaks) until our lunch pause at 12.00; then returning by 12.30pm to co-create a magnificent afternoon of applying the morning’s inspiration in profound coaching conversations. The program will conclude at 3:00pm.

The UnConference is not a series of mini-workshops or a dip-in-and-out menu, it is a single, seamless event that has been designed with expertise and loving care. And it's all included in your chapter membership.
