My methods help leaders to grow and to develop a repertoire of crisis resiliency and values-directed leadership skills, which revitalize the workplace and increase goal-directed behaviors. I work within the frameworks of transformational and integral leadership philosophies. Self Description / Bio: Section under construction.
Life Philosophy: My philosophy is based on my values of integrity, truth, respect, accountability, empathy, compassion and justice. My vision is to build a cadre of people in or ascending to leadership positions who are aware of and committed to values-based goals and action steps both in their professional and personal lives. My goal is to provide the training and to build skills and awareness within people, teams and organizations to be physically, emotionally, and mentally in contact with the present moment. Knowing who or what value is important in any interaction is essential to becoming emotionally agile, situationally aware, and grounded. I specialize in uncovering non conscious mental schemata, which affect behavior, and in healing emotional contagion and resulting behavioral entrainment at the team level.
