Johnna Bavoso

“Building on Change”

Through this presentation, coaches will explore a deeper understanding of and appreciation for the phenomenon of change as the most consistent context as we move through life.  We’ll review a model that explains the three phases of change, identifies the difference between chosen and not-chosen change, and reveals the best way to respond to the anger change creates. Finally, strategies for managing change effectively are reviewed and then applied to become an action plan for “Change Builders.”

This presentation is sure to be thought-provoking, interactive, fun, and immediately applicable.

Coaches will learn:

  • A model for understanding the three phases of change.
  • The concept of chosen and not chosen change and impact on coachees.
  • How to turn anger into energy to facilitate resiliency
