Mini Presentation: TBA

Panel of Speakers

Sandra Blaha

Topic:

“Leveraging Assessment Instruments for Better Coaching:
Which Tools Do You Want in Your Tool Box?”

CCEUs: 1.5 in Resource Development

With a multitude of assessment instruments available for coaches to use, it’s no wonder that many coaches are not always sure what the best assessment tools might be for their clients. Knowing which tools to use and when (if at all) is not necessarily obvious. This panel presentation & discussion will give us an opportunity to unpack this complex and multifaceted subject, and hear from a panel of experts on the subject.

Some of the topics we’ll explore include:

  • The what, why, when & how of assessments.
  • What assessment instruments/tools are available?
  • What do various assessments do and what is their value?
  • Matching assessment tools to your specific coaching niche.
  • How do coaches avoid the bias/labeling trap when using assessments?
  • When should you not use assessment instruments?
  • Using assessments for setting a foundation, tracking client progress and demonstrating coaching ROI.
  • The key factors that drive our panelists’ choice in assessment instruments and how they have leveraged these tools to enhance the success of their coaching.

Our panel presenters have expertise in the use of multiple assessment tools/instruments across a wide range of coaching engagements. They will share their wisdom and experience about which assessment instruments have been important to their own coaching success, and we’ll have ample time for discussion, and Q & A. Stay tuned for further details, including more about our panelists!

*In your registration above, you may request to receive a CCEU for this meeting.
