April 5th: A Simple Process for Lasting Change

A Simple Process for Lasting Change

*Please Note:
The April meeting is the first Thursday of the month.

CCEs:
1.5 in Core Competencies

Drs. Jonathan and Laurie Weiss will teach us about Logosynthesis®, a deceptively simple technique for removing obstacles to lasting change. Based on a spiritual point of view, this approach frees up the basic life energy that gets stuck in reaction to past, present or anticipated stressful situations.

Participants will learn to identify and diffuse the triggers to these reactions and support clients in using the freed-up energy to achieve their goals.

The presentation will focus on how to use Logosynthesis® for coaching others and for Self-Coaching and stress reduction. Coaching demos with volunteers from the group will provide an opportunity to see how this approach is used in facilitating deep and lasting change. We will then break out into small groups to practice a key part of the process.
